An associate professor specializing in the field of Neurologist in St. Ursula Medical College in Crossbell. He has a keen interest in fishing and is known to ditch his work in the college to go fishing, to the dismay of the intern doctors and staff of the hospital.

He is the High Priest of D∴G Cult, an atheist anarchist cult that is responsible for the creation of the Zero Child known as KeA, which stands for "Key of All". KeA was the cult's trump card to replace the Goddess. He is also responsible for the creation of Gnosis, a highly dangerous body-enhancing drug.
