A handsome blond man from the Erebonian empire who claims to be a traveling musician. He is indeed blessed with great musical talents on almost all instruments, but is also extremely carefree and has peculiar tastes. Some of his antics include drinking an incredibly expensive wine after giving a performance at a local restaurant (which gets him in jail) and making several passes at all other attractive characters (in his eyes, he is the Hunter of Love).

He revealed himself at first to Scherazard Harvey, a senior Bracer, as an Erebonian Intelligence Operatives. It is later revealed that he is the Prince of Erebonian Empire traveling under the guise of wandering bard to get in contact with Liberl's S-rank Bracer, Cassius Bright.

He is the man behind the High-Speed Cruiser Airship, Courageous' development and is a Board Member of Thors' Military Academy, per Erebonian Empire Tradition (which dictates that an Arnor should always be appointed as one of the Board Member of the Academy). His wild idea gave birth to the Class VII, which is the class Rean Schwarzer is affiliated with.
