The replacement commander of Dorothea's Unit 1. He encouraged Marlya to join Dorothea, and works with her on many investigations. During the war, he fought as a dual sword-wielding Fairy Soldier. While he can be blunt at times, he always means well, and he earns the affection of his colleagues.

Red Hood, Free's fairy. It is an agile fighter that can use its claws and fangs, and even generate sonic attacks through screaming.

He has dark brown hair, wears a raincoat and carries two swords.
