A noble lady and a daughter to Marquis Gerart Rogner, the Marquis of House Rogner that oversees the Northern Province of Nortia. A wild and rebellious lady, she acts unbefitting of her status as a lady of a great noble house. She is a good friend to Towa Herschell, Crow Armbrust, and George Nome, being part of the trial class to test the ARCUS Combat Orbment. She is frequently seen hanging out by the Engineering Building with Towa, Crow, and George.

She loves orbal bike and is frequently seen riding one. Angelica is also known as a kind of ladykiller among her peers. She is attracted to cute girls and tends to harass them, much to the dismay of her colleagues.

She was gravely wounded by George Nome when she discovered the truth about the identity of Azure Siegfried and in turn, he turned her into a puppet called "Red Rossweisse". She dons a red mask while under the control of George and acting as Red Rossweisse.
