Masatsugu Saitou is a Japanese designer, illustrator, and mangaka. Began as a doujinshi artist and illustrator for adult magazines under the penname saitom. He made his professional debut on the animated film Expelled from Paradise as a character and mechanical designer. Saito is also known for his character design work for the video games Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Xenoblade Chronicles 3 by Nintendo.
