Tsukuyo Fusou

Tsukuyo Fusou is a Master from the Kingdom of Altar. She is the spiritual leader of the religious organization the Lunar Society and the clan leader of the associated clan, which holds 1st place in the Kingdom of Altar's clan rankings.
