Saw

A serial killer (64 victims) and death row inmate who (alongside fellow serial killers Dump, Apart and Minimalist) was able to fake his death and escape to Japan with help from Uzuki. Saw believes that people live boring lives, and one way to make them interesting is to give them a sublime death, much like a moving or dramatic death scene in a manga or movie. He uses a chipped axe with a wooden handle in battle. He often combines this with a length of rope, turning it into a brutal ranged weapon.

He is defeated by Shin and Lu Xiaotang, and then killed by Hyou.
