Ryouna

Ryouna is a massive masochist and is usually chasing her next thrill. She is a seemingly playful airhead, often gently teasing others with suggestive comments and skinship. However, rare moments of lucidity suggest this behavior may be at least in-part an act. This is particularly evident whenever her deceased older sister Ryoki is mentioned or there is conflict between Hebijo's elites.

Unlike her twin sister Ryoubi, Ryouna seemingly prefers avoiding unneccesary conflict; but will suppress her feelings out of loyalty as was the case when they attempted to assassinate Miyabi despite having learned the truth behind Ryouki's demise.

Ryouna fights with a pair of double-handguns--four handguns fused together that fire incendiary and cryogenic rounds. This combination results in encasing targets in a chain of explosive ice crystals.
