Professor Clover

The leader of the mysterious organization known as Clover. He is rather maniacal and shows little restraint in his actions, focusing solely on revenge against phantom thieves. He uses a gun that shoots out electric shocks and iron claws as weapons.

In the anime, fifty years ago, he worked as a secret agent known as Agent Clover, planning to take over the world using Pandora's key. However, he was foiled by Silver Heart (then known as Agent Silver). This encounter led to him losing his right arm, which he replaced with a prosthetic one. This is what warranted his deep hatred against Silver Heart and phantom thieves in general.

In episode 26, he melts to death after being bathed in sulfuric acid, thanks to Joker and Shadow's combined efforts.
