Neon Kurama

A social media personality and the daughter of a rich family, owners of the Kurama Conglomerate. Her stream is known as Neon TV.

She's a near-perfect imitation of her parents' real daughter, Akari, although they are not the same person. Following his daughter's tragic death at the hands of a kidnapper, her father participated in the Desire Grand Prix, eventually winning and wishing for his daughter to be brought back to life, now naming her Neon instead, as he was never able to fully accept her.
