Mei Menowa

She is Tanpopo's colleague. She and four of her fellow "Witches of the Tower" form the 'Ivory Quintet," group of witches assigned to transfer to Takamiya's school with the task of capturing him—that is if they can deal with Ayaka first. She has the ability to pass through walls and create a defensive barrier. She wears a complete wolf pelt that has both head and tail around her neck that functions either as an extra appendage or as a back-up weapon.
