Louis Kisaragi

Louis Kisaragi is a mysterious pretty boy. He leads Shin into Prism Shows.

He was originally a prism messenger as part of the Rinne/Shine Program in his past life. Prism messengers part of the Rinne program were meant to help female prism stars while Shine was meant to help male prism stars. Shine ended up breaking the rules of the prism messengers by performing in public himself, and the Prism G.O.Ds tasked Rinne to kill Shine. Rinne went against orders and sealed Shine away with a prism jump because she was in love with him. After this, Rinne began exhibiting errors causing the Prism G.O.Ds to erase her data.

Rinne was eventually reprogrammed as a new program, "Louis". After being reborn as Louis, he was tasked again by the Prism Gods to kill Shine, who now resides in Shin. However, Louis retains memories of his past life and refuses to kill him. He eventually realizes that he doesn't love Shin because Shine lives within him, but because he grew to love him after spending time with him.
