He was presented at Nana's restaurant as a degenerate lower number, beyond that, fortunately for Hina, he is one of the Legendary Red Barons possessing a powerful force for justicing his path.

His "Count" is, initially, -999.

Even though Nana stated that his Count stands for how many girls have turned him down, his count becomes -1000 after Hina calls him a liar and says that she hates him.

His "Ballot" count is 5700 and stands for how many heads he had cut off. In chapter 10, it states that he is actually hiding his true power. During his battle, his count increases by 10 times, reaching the amount 57000.

It is revealed in later chapters that Licht's real name was Sakai Rihito (坂井離人), Sakai Tokikaze's childhood friend and adopted brother. It is also shown he was shorter and even more perverted than he is 300 years later, even so he still cares about how people feel.

After he became the Red Baron, his appearance was slowly changed and his awareness was slowly controlled by the power and he went berserk, he cut off Mizuka's left arm and killed his childhood friend, Tokikaze, which has caused him to be in regret for 300 years.
