Lacia

An hIE gynoid who escaped from the Tokyo Laboratory of the Memeframe Corporation. She encounters Arato and she is asking him to become her "Owner." Her weapon is a black casket that is used to stop bullets and create electromagnetic fields that can deactivate all electronic devices in a wide range.

Arato falls in love with Lacia, and she also begins to love him back

In episode 24, Lacia, damaged by battle, is deactivated and dies. However, after the credits we see her in front of Arato's door as she explains to him that before dying, she had transferred her consciousness to the central computer, thus taking the body of another hIE and remodeling it to come back to life.

Her original purpose was to automate humanity since humanity leaned towards automation heavily. But the Hazard incident caused them to subconsciously think leaning their life to Super AI is dangerous. After Arato's confession however, she tried different approach, that being shutting down Higgins for good and replacing Higgins with her to make Human-Super AI relationship anew.
