Koito Minase is a 1st-year high school student who transferred to Hosea Academy in April. Initially, instead of joining a club or fighting the phantoms together with the others, she chose to fight them alone. This is due to the fact that she has shut herself off from other people because of an incident that happened during her childhood. After Team E helped her on various occasions, despite wishing to work on her own, she decides to join them as an official member of the club.

In order to fight, Koito has a special ability that she commands with her voice. By using an incantation, she can create bindings that can capture, immobilize, and even destroy phantoms if she so chooses to.
