Central Security's agent at the space station DEVA - whose inhabitants possess no physical bodies and live in a virtual utopia - tasked with traveling to Earth in order to track down a mysterious hacker by the name of Frontier Setter, who's been deemed a nuisance to the system by her bosses. Initially approaching her mission with a very no-nonsense yet arrogant attitude, wanting to complete her mission before any of the other agents and looking down on the remaining 2% of humanity that remained on Earth, she quickly faces the ups and downs of living in what's left of the real world, which gradually changes her outlook not just on her job as an agent, but life as a whole.

She's stated to have been around for about 50 years, although her preferred virtual body is around 20 years old. Her physical body was artificially manufactured by DEVA, however, due to Angela deciding to shorten the amount of time she'd have to wait for it to be ready, it resembles a 16-year old girl, with Dingo even remarking that he thought she was "going for a lolita look".

Her costume is equipped with a variety of gadgets, such as a detachable camera on her upper thigh and a data disk storage compartment above her knuckle.

She ultimately cuts ties with DEVA and decides to travel together with Dingo, wanting to experience the life of a real, physical human being rather than return to the virtual world.
